The Institute of International Education announces certain fellowships for study in foreign countries during the year 1928-29. Requirements for eligibility include American citizenship, evidence of good health, good moral character and adaptability, graduation from an approved college or university, and ability to do intelligent study and researc. The fellowships have been established as an international exchange in appreciation of those offered by American colleges to the nationals of the countries concerned. The following countries offer opportunity for this study: Czechoslovakia, France, Germany, Hungary, and Switzerland. The date of application in the foreign countries varies from February 1 to March 15. Application blanks and information about these opportunities can be obtained from Archie M.
