The 1906 representation at the annual PotLatch in Boston was much smaller this year than usual. The only men of our class who attended were Tom Connell, Randall Cooke, Charlie Main, Walter Powers, George Swasey, and Ernest Thompson. Those six never fail us.

Harold Rugg was recently re-elected first vice-president of the Vermont Historical Society at its annual meeting in Montpelier.

George Swasey has severed his connection with Jordan Marsh Company. His home address is still 40 Green St., Wollaston, Mass.

This is the season when, if they can, men forsake New England for warmer climes. Halsey Edgerton is on a five weeks European tour, taking in Madeira, Gibraltar, Algiers, Villefranche, Paris, and London. Nate and Mrs. Redlon sailed recently from New York for Panama and the Canal Zone, and Cliff and Mrs. Perry have started on a tour around the world. No doubt there are other travelers in the class, but these are all whose peregrinations have come to the Secretary's notice. We all hail them "Bon voyage!" and as we go on with our own little tasks, try deep down in our hearts not to envy them too much.

A local paper chronicles a surprise party tendered to Noble O. Bowlby by some of his parishioners at Meriden, N. H., where he is pastor of the Congregational church. The occasion was his birthday, which falls upon January 19. As Mr. Bowlby is president of the Bird Club, each guest represented a bird, and there were other features of ornithological interest.
