Mr. and Mrs. Richard Remsen (our Alumni Fund agent) have been blessed with a son— Frederick Ditmis—born January 9. Both mother and baby are well, and the congratulations of 1912 are happily extended.

Richard C. Plumer, special assistant attorney general for New Jersey and a member of the law firm of Child, Shipman, and Plumer, 24 Commerce St., Newark, N. J., has sent in a most interesting pamphlet on "Investment Trusts." This was prepared for the state of New Jersey by the attorney general and Dick Plumer.

Receipt is gratefully acknowledged of a photo from Mr. George R. Harlow, class of 1878, showing our own Bill Harlow, his son, and Bill's three children, Jane, Wm. H„ Jr., and Troy ..George. Bill is with the Portland (Oregon) Gas and Coke Company.

Malcolm R. Buck is vice-president of the Brockton National Bank of Brockton, Mass.

Speaking to Dick Remsen over the phone the other day, we are asked to keep uppermost before us this year's obligation to the Alumni Fund. The drive is on since February 1, lasting until June .30. We, however, of the class of 1912 will send in our contributions beginning April 1. In other words the time period in which Dick will obtain the quota will be much shorter than before, and as we must meet our quota hope that the response will be both prompt and VERY liberal.

Your Secretary, having been absent from headquarters during the entire month of Janua-y, is behind on news. Send in some data and keep us posted.
