Intra-Mural Champions Chosen in Field Day

At a grand field day in the gymnasium March 23 the championships of the intra-mural teams were decided for the present season. Inter-dormitory tournaments, inter-class games, and inter-fraternity contests have become popular this winter and have been enthusiastically supported. The department of Recreational Activities has sponsored these intra-mural games and by offering prizes and setting up an efficient organization has saeured a large participation in them.

The champions for the past season are: inter-class gym, 1931; inter-class water polo, 1930; inter-fraternity track, Sigma Phi Epsilon; inter-fraternity swimming, Chi Phi; inter-fraternity basketball, Sigma Alpha Epsilon; inter-fraternity bridge, Gamma Delta Epsilon; inter-dormitory basketball, Middle Fayer,weather; inter-dormitory handball (singles), Russell Sage; inter-dormitory handball (doubles), Off Campus.
