At a luncheon recently held in Ogden, Utah, the three Dartmouth men resident in that city organized the Dartmouth Club of Utah. The territory to be covered will include the state of Utah and southern Idaho. At the luncheon the following men were elected as the officers of the Club: W. Rice Kimball '07, president, Marion W. Sherwood '21, secretary and treasurer. There were also present at the luncheon B. W. Matteson '03 and Dana Parkinson 'OB, who had as their guest Paul Redington '00.
At a dinner held on Thursday, April 5, at Tabor Academy in Marion, Massachusetts the Dartmouth Alumni Association of Southeastern Massachusetts was organized. The dinner was attended by sixty-one Dartmouth men and fathers of undergraduates, gathered on the initiative of a group consisting of W. H. Lillard 'O5, Dr. R. H. Baxter '17, L. D. Leavitt '25 and A. A. Hadley '00.
After dinner adjournment was made to the large living room of Lillard Hall where a concert by Hill's Juvenile Orchestra was enjoyed. Harry R. Heneage '07, Director of Athletics, was present and talked on Dartmouth athletics, presenting also moving picture films of football and winter sports. The traditional clay pipes of Dartmouth were smoked and Dartmouth songs were sung. At the conclusion of the meeting the following officers were elected as the first officials of the new association: President, W. H. Lillard '05, vice-president, Theodore N. Wood 'Ol, secretary-treasurer, Augustus A. Hadley 'OO.
