The class parties at the time of the Harvard game appeared to be unusually successful occasions this year. There was a large crowd at the City Club, about fifty men registering, while at the University Club on Saturday night were about twice that number, including wives, of course. All hands reported such a good time that there seemed to be no doubt but the parties would be continued in future years.

The sad news of Brown Ralsten's death was received a few weeks ago. Although Brown was with us only a short while he was nevertheless pleasantly remembered by many. He was with the class at its functions at the Pow Wow in Chicago last fall, and had expressed the hope that he would be back for the Twentieth Reunion.

On a trip to Colorado Ed Keeler ran into Fred Long and Russ Kimball. He said that Russ is still going strong in the contracting business in Colorado Springs, and that Fred and wife are building a new house in Denver.

John Card has a new address at 39 Linfield St., Holbrook, Mass.

Dave Fitz has been located with E. C. Fitz & Cos., Inc., at Fargo and C Sts., Boston, Mass.

Jack Ingersoll's home address in Detroit is 11 Hillcrest Ave., Grosse Pointe Farms, Detroit, Mich.

Jake Lovejoy showed up at the Harvard, Yale, and Brown games, being conveniently located in his new job with the U. S. Rubber Cos., at Naugatuck, Conn.

Guy Putnam's factory has been moved from Salem to Newburyport, Mass., and Guy says commuting to Newburyport each day from Swampscott is some job. We surely were glad to see Guy and wife at the Harvard game party.

Stan Rockwood has been appointed professor of modern languages at Belhaven College, Jackson, Miss., and lives at 1206 Greymont Ave., Jackson, Miss.

A letter from Ray Nead says that he has improved sufficiently to be graduated from Trudeau and that he is now spending a few months on a big farm near Saranac Lake, but that soon he will be back on the old job in New York.

Bill Noyes showed up recently in New York, long enough to make a call on Mac Rollins. Mac, however, did not get his permanent address, and would appreciate learning of it if any of the classmates happen to know where Bill is now living.

A recent article in the Boston Transcript refers to the fact that Dave Hedges, whom we expect to see as a freshman at Dartmouth next year, is an outstanding fullback on the Tabor Academy team this year. Dave weighs 182 lbs. and has been shifted to fullback after playing as tackle on his home high school team. The account says "Hedges runs with a lot of drive and power."
