The October issue of the Hibbert Journal contains an article "A Study of Paradox" by Professor W. K. Stewart. Recent articles by Professor Stewart are "Christianity as a Paradox" appearing in the January 1929 issue of the Hibbert Journal, and "The Mentors of Mussolini" which appeared in the AmericanPolitical Science Review for November 1928.

Professor Louis C. Mathewson is the author of an article "How to Begin Your Chapter Library" in the January number of Teke, the National Quarterly of the Tau Kappa EpsilonFraternity. The Palms, the official magazine of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, in its last issue contains an article by Professor Mathewson on "Fraternity Figures at Dartmouth."

Professor Homer Whitford's transcription for the organ of the "Notturno" from Borodine's Second Quartet for Strings has been published by the H. W. Gray Company of New York.
