Dean Bill in New York

Dean E. Gordon Bill made a trip to New York city the week of March 15 to give talks before two organizations. On Friday evening, March 15, he spoke before the "Schoolmasters' Association of New York and Vicinity," at the Fraternity Club, and on Saturday, March 16, before members of the "High School Principals' Association," and the "High School Teachers' Association" in joint annual session at the Biltmore Hotel. Both talks dealt with "Problems in the Admission and Guidance of College Students."
