The Dartmouth soccer team is always in the difficult position of playing second fiddle to football during the entire Fall, and yet this year the Big Green hooters have every reason to be able to stand on their own feet as an unusual combination.

They have two All-America players in Capt. Tom Eagan and Andre Stollmeyer, the latter receiving the unanimous honor last year and the captain being placed on the second mythical team. Between them they are the entire punch of the Dartmouth attack and already a Rutgers team has been bowled over 9-1 and a strong Northeastern team tied only when the visitors scored twice in the final period. With major games ahead of them, Coach Dent's pupils will have a hard and rough season, but everything points to success this year
