CLASS OF 1916
FEBRUARY 1930 Jesse K. Fenno

The only news received during the past month is contained in a recent blast from Jess Fenno from far-away Barrington, R. I. He says, in part:

"Wish some of the class would drop me a line now and then, as I seldom get into those metropolises frequented by Dartmouth men.

"Last fall I taught Sally to fly. She is Rhode Island's only licensed woman pilot. Tells me she used to think I was wonderful because I could fly, and, now that she can herself, I've dropped in her estimation, for she's found how easy it is. (Last fall I made a mistake. Before then, I was Jess Fenno, the well-known something-or-other. Now, when, as, and if I am mentioned, it is as 'Sally Fenno's husband.')

"Our January first inventory shows two boys, John Starkweather, 3½ years, and Herbert Lincoln, 2d, 6 months."

In closing, Jess says that he and Sally are stepping out, February first, for New York and Bermuda for a couple of days.

Your Secretary wishes that others would write in to him similar interesting letters.
