JUNE 1930 Prof. Nathaniel G. Burleigh

The following note of thanks, which explains itself, was received from Bob Sanderson's mother:

To our dear class of Dartmouth, nineteen eleven, each and every one. Robert and I send our love and gratitude for the beautiful roses sent in memory of our dear one. He thought so much of you, and loved so well to have you at his home, that we hope you will always feel that you are welcome in it. With deep appreciation,

Evelyn Sanderson.

At the time of Mr. Sanderson's death he was on his way north to participate in the dedication of a memorial building to form a part of the Waltham Hospital group. A recent newspaper article says that Bob spoke in his father's place. Mr. Sanderson had contributed $100,000 to the building so that it probably is only fitting that Bob should have taken part in the exercises.

John Pearson is one of eight persons who have already announced their intention of enrolling in a new Glider Club to be formed in Concord, N. H. The article refers to John as president of the first aero club at Dartmouth and a participant in the first intercollegiate balloon race.

Word has been received that Jack Ingersoll is now engaged with a cement company, but no further details have been forthcoming.

A recent circular from the McGraw-Hill Book Company, Inc., cites Ralph H. Blanchard as Editor of McGraw-Hill Insurance Series.

Dr. William Douglas Mackensie, made president-emeritus. The institute is known throughout the world and trains missionaries for all countries. Dr. Barstow is a native of Glastonbury, Conn."
