From the Southwest Press, Dallas, Texas, there comes a very attractively printed volume, "Finding Literature on the Texas Plains," by John William Rogers '16. This book also contains a representative bibliography of books on the southwest by J. Frank Dobie. This little book consists of an Essay on J. Frank Dobie, well known as the author of "Coronado's Children."
Charles Scribner's Sons has just published "Mr. Miller of 'The Times,' the story of an Editor" by F. Fraser Bond. This volume, dealing with the life of Charles R. Miller '72, contains one chapter entitled "A New England Youth," dealing with Mr. Miller's life in Hanover and Meriden, and another chapter, "Dartmouth in the '7o's." The volume contains an appendix consisting of a great many editorials written by Mr. Miller.
