Bancroft H. Brown, professor of Mathematics, gave a speech at the luncheon representing the faculty, and Jack R. Warwick '31, of New Rochelle, New York, spoke representing the graduating class. At the brief business session of the Alumni Association which was part of the luncheon program, in addition to the trustee elections already mentioned, announcement was made of the re-election of Morton C. Tut tie '97 as alumni trustee to succeed himself at the completion of his first full term.
Resolutions of greetings were sent to Edward Tuck '62 and to Major E. D. Redington '61. The resolution to Mr. Tuck read as follows:
"The General Association of the Alumni of Dartmouth College, assembled at the Commencement Exercises of 1931, send their cordial greetings and best wishes to Edward Tuck '62, with the assurance of their enduring gratitude for his great and helpful interest in Dartmouth, without which the College could not have attained to the fulness of its present stature, or to the measure of its current usefulness to American education."
The resolution to Major Redington said: "The General Association of the Alumni of Dartmouth College at the Commencement of 1931 cordially unite in affectionate greeting to Major E. D. Redington '61, on the 70th anniversary of his graduation, and in this expression of regret that their feelings may not be expressed to him in person, together with their desire that every good and perfect gift may attend him in the years that remain.''
J. Frank Drake '02 was elected president of the Alumni Association. The slate of officers presented by Guy C. Richards '96, as chairman of the nominating committee, was elected unanimously as follows:

The Class of '94 Cup, annually awarded to the class with the largest percentage of its living members in attendance at the reunion, was awarded this year to the class of 1891, with 28 of its 44 members present. It was presented at the luncheon.
Following the successful precedent established last year, the luncheon was held on Monday rather than Tuesday, and more than 1000 alumni and seniors were present. It was held as usual in the Alumni Gymnasium.
