Suitable for home showing and especially designed for use by alumni clubs, the new fall issue of Dartmouth College News will be ready for distribution about the middle of this month. The films are 16 mm. in size, being the standard width used by amateur movie makers.

Individual alumni desiring to secure these two reels of 400 feet each for home showing should address Dartmouth College News, Parkhurst Hall, Hanover, N. H. A rental fee of $10 is set for a single showing. If a subscriber wishes to secure the second release of the year which will include winter sports and spring activities, the subscription for the full year's series is $15.

The set of films soon to be shown to alumni clubs throughout the country is made up of a variety of subjects. The movies first show important events of the late spring, including varied recreational activities sponsored by the athletic council and Commencement. The scene shifts to California next depicting Dartmouth participants in the Olympics, Coach Harry Hillman and Malcolm Metcalf '32. A scenario following an entering freshman through his first few days in Hanover is the next subject of the film. Then comes a review of the football season with shots taken during practice as well as during games. Other fall activities and pictures of well-known Hanoverians make up the balance of this release. The movie service is sponsored by Dartmouth Secretaries Association.
