Alumni Fund Plans Made
April 1933

Larger attendance than ever before at the meetings of class agents of the Alumni Fund in Boston, New York, and Chicago, and enthusiastic reception of the policies proposed at these meetings, have indicated to the Alumni Fund Committee that the Fund campaign based on these policies will receive even warmer support than usual at the same time that the expectations of amount to be received are substantially less. •

John C. Sterling 'll, chairman of the Fund committee, met with twenty-five class agents at the Drake Hotel, March x, with Dean Craven Laycock as guest from Hanover. There were thirty-four present at the meeting at the University Club in Boston, March 10, where President Hopkins discussed affairs of the College and Mr. Sterling outlined the plans of the Alumni Fund Committee. More than thirty were present at a similar meeting in New York, March 13, with President Hopkins and Mr. Sterling.

The campaign will open as usual soon after the first of April, when the Alumni Fund Committee will mail from Hanover the announcement of plans and objectives for the Fund. The remainder of the Campaign will be in the hands of the class agents. No quotas will be assigned.
