President's Engagements

President Hopkins was the chief speaker at the annual dinner of the Connecticut association of Dartmouth alumni in Waterbury on April 20. Governor Wilbur L. Cross of Connecticut was also a speaker at the dinner.

The President spoke at a meeting of the Dartmouth Women's Club of Boston on April 26, and on the following evening attended a dinner at the Copley-Plaza in support of Fisk University. On April 29 and go Mr. Hopkins attended the exercises in connection with Founder's Day at Western Reserve University, speaking there and also at a meeting of the Cleveland alumni at the Cleveland Athletic Club on the 29th.
