Our annual summer picnic was well attended by the indoor baseball players of the club. The game was characterized by loose fielding and firm hitting. "Prexy" Jeavons '19, was the outstanding player in the field; we refuse to say why.

The farewell parties that Julius Warren '10, organized at various of his friends' houses were rare entertainment, in spite of the fact that he failed to appear. We hate to lose our perennial third vice-president, even though he is going up the ladder with "rosy-rungs."

Hank Haserot '10 and Doc Stecher '19 have just returned from a survey of the gold mines of Canada. They said that they were looking for an "Anchor to Windward." This seems to us a very appropriate phrase when used in connection with gold mine stocks.

Willard L. Christman '29, our worthy treasurer, has left his place in the Sun Oil Company to help out Ernst & Ernst, the well-known public accountants. He has become very furniture and rug conscious just recently.

Our program for this fall includes a trip to the Cornell game "en masse," wire reports of the Harvard & Yale games and a possible air venture to Princeton by a few of the plutocrats. All in all, the usual well rounded schedule of the club, with luncheons at the Hotel Statler in Parlor No. 4 every Saturday noon.

Secretary.
