The announcement comes of the marriage of Doris Irene, daughter of Arthur W. Stone, to Kenith Goodrich Strunk, October 12, 1934, in New York. They will be at home at 37-42 Eightieth St., Jackson Heights, L. I.
The official roster at the usual pre-Harvard game roundup which Matt B. Jones and his wife conduct in an increasingly satisfying way, was for 1934 as follows:
F. C. Allen, J. E. Allen, Ames, R. W. Bartlett, Blakely, Boyd, Claggett, Colby, Griffin, Hall, Hurd, Jones, Knowlton, Lewis, Lyon, McGroty, Marden, C. C. Merrill, Palmer, Parker, W. H. Rollins, Rossiter, Sawyer, Sherman, B. A. Smalley, Fred Smalley, Spooner.
The total number was twenty-seven. Rossiter was there for the first time. Boyd was there after a considerable absence. He was up to his old-time tricks, the only thing omitted being a discussion between him and B. Smalley as to the respective merits for beverage purposes of milk and something not quite so white! Kent Knowlton appeared to have survived the excision of his appendix very well. Chief Justice Allen was carrying his new honors in his usual modest way. Q. Blakely had of course taken pains to have a funeral that day, but in spite thereof arrived on time.
As usual the time was spent just in chatting. On request, Matt delivered up the information that the total number of differe nt '94 men who have attended these roundups since they started back in 1913 has been 65, out of possible 84 (two men had died before they started).
Again we take off our hats to the partnership of Matt B. and Grace S. Jones for the share that they have had in unifying the class of '94.
