During the morning session of the Council several committee reports were presented. In behalf of the nominating committee, Mr. Hugus reported on the nomination for an alumni trustee to succeed Edward W. Knight '87, whose second term expires in June. This nomination will be acted upon by the Trustees in June.

Other committee reports included a statement by Mr. Couch, chairman of the committee on alumni projects. He reported that constant progress is being made in the development of the Outing Club ski camp and outdoor center at Mount Moosilauke. Mr. Cate reported for the committee on admissions and schools, calling attention to the schedule for conducting alumni interviews of applicants for admission next September. The Alumni Fund committee report was thoroughly discussed after its presentation by John W. Hubbell 'si, chairman, John C. Sterling '11, chairman for the past two years, and Albert I. Plans for the 1935 Fund campaign, which are the responsibility of the Council, were the subject of discussion until noon when the Council adjourned to the 65th floor of Rockefeller Center, where luncheon was served.
