A series of news stories in outline has been prepared by Eric P. Kelly '06, professor of journalism, and Lawrence Eager '23, assistant professor of industrial society, and has been printed and distributed by the New York Times to schools of journalism in the United States. Two Christmas stories by Professor Kelly are appearing in December magazines; the first LeadNot Forth, O Little Shepherd in the Junior Red Cross Journal, and the second A Wood Crowns the Waters in St. Nicholas.

A proposed unemployment insurancemeasure for New Hampshire—announcement of the tentative terms of the unemployment insurance bill proposed by theNew Hampshire Commission on unemployment reserves with brief discussionof its features has just been published as a pamphlet of 34 pages. Professor Herman Feldman is chairman of the committee who prepared this report. In The Wharton Review of Finance andCommerce for November Professor Feldman has an article entitled Monopoly'sEffect on Labor.
