The Club is glad to report that its membership has passed the "one thousand mark," and through the work of Elon Pratt and "Hooker" Horton there are more coming in.

The Thursday lunches continue to be very popular. The last one was held on March first, and the speaker for the day was Vash Young, who is very prominent both as an author and in the insurance field.

On April fifth, the Club is holding a smoker in honor of the new football coaches. From present indications, the planned attendance for this evening will tax our facilities to the utmost.

The tragedy which happened to the boys of the Theta Chi house was acted on officially by the Club. President C. King Woodbridge, for the New York alumni, wrote a note of condolence to the families of the boys from Greater New York. We noted with pride and sorrow President Hopkins' valediction at the services held in Hanover, and all alumni of the College appreciated the feelings uttered by the President on this occasion.
