Phi Beta Kappa Elects

Nineteen seniors and two alumni were elected to Phi Beta Kappa at a meeting of the Dartmouth chapter on March 2. The alumni honored were the Rev. Charles A. Dinsmore '84 and Professor Herbert A. Miller '99. Following the meeting a banquet was held in Stell Hall, where President Hopkins addressed nearly 100 members on "The Mind of Citizenship."

The seniors elected to Phi Beta Kappa on the basis of 3.25 for seven semesters were: Solomon J. Axelrod, Philadelphia; Gardner G. Bassett, Bridgewater, Mass.; Walter W. Raphael, New York City; Robert H. Reynolds, New York City; Henry W. Rigby, Providence, R. I.; Milton A. Spitz, Milwaukee, Wis.; Herman M. Spitzer, Brooklyn, N. Y.; John B.
