The winners of the Morrill Allen Gallagher Memorial Scholarships have both been prominent in campus affairs. Geniawicz is a letterman in track and is intercollegiate champion in both the indoor and outdoor shotput. He holds the College record in both the shotput and discus, and was a member of the varsity football team in his sophomore year, a knee injury keeping him from winning his letter in that sport. As a freshman he won numerals in football and track, captained the yearling track team, and was class treasurer. He was a member of Green Key last year, and is now a member of Psi Upsilon fraternity and Dragon senior society. He prepared for Dartmouth at Clark School.
McCray has won letters in football for the past two years, and this year is again a member of the varsity squad despite a serious skiing accident last winter. He is a member of Palaeopitus, and last year was a member of Green Key and the Undergraduate Fire Squad. He won his freshman numerals in football and was out for basketball his freshman and junior years. McCray is a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity, and prepared for Dartmouth at Steele High School in Dayton.
