THAT PING-PONG TABLE AGAIN
December 1936 ROBERT A. SELLMER '35

This is really a continuation of our closing thoughts in the last item. Our faithful readers will remember that in our first column we mentioned the crying need for a ping-pong table; in our second we gloated richly over our new-found power when we saw a new table gracing the sports room. It so happens, worse luck, that the table was given to the club by an anonymous but fervent ping-pong enthusiast who was geting tired of seeing the old one collapse into splinters every time the ball struck it so much as a glancing blow. He didn't even mention having read our plea. This month to month depression-elation-depression cycle is not doing us a bit of good, and we're about ready to give up the reforming business.
