Secretaries to Meet

The Dartmouth Secretaries Association will convene in Hanover on May 15 and 16 for its thirty-second meeting.

The first session will begin at 2:30 Friday afternoon in the Class of 190 a Room in Baker Library. The second business session will be held in the library at 9:00 Saturday morning. In the afternoon secretaries will be guests at the track meet with Harvard or may take advantage of Hilton Field for golfing.

At 4:30 Friday afternoon President and Mrs. Hopkins will entertain the secretaries at an informal tea and reception to which the wives of secretaries are also invited. One of the features of the meetings will be the dinner to be held at 7:30 Friday at Stell Hall at which the speakers will include President Hopkins, Francis L. Childs 'O6, president of the Association, and Richard F. Treadway '36, secretary-chairman of the senior class.

Francis L. Childs '06 will preside over the business meetings of which the tentative program will include the following speak- ers: John W. Hubbell '21, chairman of the Alumni Fund Committee; Robert J. Holmes '09, Alumni Councilor from the Secretaries Association; Clarence G. McDavitt 'OO, president of the Athletic Council; Carl F. Woods '04, president of the Alumni Council; Daniel P. Hatch Jr. '28. director of the Dartmouth Outing Club; Sidney C. Hayward '26, editor of the ALUMNI MAGAZINE; and Norman Stevenson '05, business manager of the MAGAZINE.
