Nearly all of Dartmouth's major football games will be broadcast this fall. The big home game with Cornell on November 13 will be put on the air by the Atlantic Refining Company, which is arranging an extended hookup. Word has been received from both Yale and Columbia that the Dartmouth game will be broadcast, while Princeton has reported that the Indian-Tiger classic undoubtedly will go on the air, although arrangements have not been completed.
The Dartmouth-Yale game will be broadcast by the Yankee network over a chain of New England and other stations, and will also go out over short wave station WiXAL. The Columbia game will be broadcast over station WNYC of the Municipal Broadcasting System and over Station WNEW of New York. Further details on the football broadcasts will be published in the MAGAZINE as they become known.
