Victor M. Cutter 'O3, president of the Tuck School Clearing House and Alumni Association, announces that funds will be solicited from all former Tuck students and other friends of the late Dean William R. Gray 'O4 for the establishment of a memorial fund to bear Dean Gray's name. This fund will be used to provide financial aid for deserving students in the Tuck School. The memorial was proposed at a dinner of the Boston Clearing House in April and has the approval of the Alumni Council.
Mr. Cutter will serve as chairman of the general committee directing the raising of the funds. Gilbert H. Tapley 'l6 and Ransom W. Morse 'O6 will head the Boston and New York committees respectively. Albert W. Frey '2O, professor of marketing in Tuck School, will act as executive secretary of the committee.
