Record Set by 92 Sons of Dartmouth Alumni in This Year's Freshman Class

The record-breaking total of 92 sons of Dartmouth alumni is enrolled in this year's freshman class, it was disclosed in a recent report by Robert C. Strong '24, dean of freshmen and director of admissions. This is 14 more than the former mark of 78 set by the entering class last year. The classes of alumni fathers cover a span of 28 years, from 1895 to 1923, with more than threequarters of the sons concentrated in the classes from 1904 to 1917. The Class of 1913 leads with ten sons, followed by 1910 with nine, 1909 and 1912 with eight each, 1911 with seven, and 1915 with six.
