Prescott has recently sent the Secretary two periodicals containing articles from his pen. The Advent Review and SabbathHerald of January 7 contains "The Christ Life: How To Obtain It—How To Keep It." This opens with a reminiscence of religious conditions at Dartmouth in our day. The Ministry for February has the first of a series of articles on "The Confessed Failure of Modernism." Both these journals are organs of the Seventh-Day Adventist church, of whose ministry Prescott has been a leading member for many years. From his tireless labors, which have taken him to the ends of the earth, he has in a measure retired, but is still active with his pen.

For many years the name of Sylvian M. Ramsdell has been carried on our roll, marked "missing." Knowing him to have been for a long time a civil engineer in the West, an advertisement calling for information about him was inserted several years ago in a leading engineering journal. This brought replies from men who had known Ramsdell, but no clue as to his whereabouts. This advertisement was repeated last year, and met the eye of one man who gave a valuable clue. This clue was followed up, and at last it has been found that Ramsdell returned East, and died in Lynn, Mass., June 8, 1922.

In the '79 class news will be found a brief mention of the death of Wentworth, who was with us for the first two years of his course but graduated with '79. The secretary of the latter class will prepare an extended notice for next month's MAGAZINE. Wentworth retained his interest in '77, and wrote many highly interesting letters to the Secretary. We remember "Tansy" Wentworth with deep regard.
