Prof. Leon Burr Richardson '00, historian of the College, will be guest of honor at four alumni gatherings late in April. He will speak at Philadelphia on April 22, at Washington, D. C., on April 23, at Harrisburg, Pa., on April 27, and at Pittsburgh on April 28.
Professor Richardson is secretary of the Class of 1900 and the faculty representative on the Alumni Council. He is the recognized historian of the College following the publication in 1932 of his two-volume History of Dartmouth College, and by virtue of his important survey of American, Canadian, English and Scottish universities in 1924, is also a recognized authority on the liberal arts college.
