The Dartmouth Secretaries Association will hold its 33d annual meeting in Hanover on May 7 and 8, at which time secretaries of the alumni clubs and classes will be guests of the College for the week-end. The first business session will be held in Baker Library on Friday afternoon, May 7, adjourning at 4.30 to the President's House where President and Mrs. Hopkins will entertain the secretaries and their wives at an informal tea and reception.

The annual dinner will be held Friday night in Stell Hall, with President Hopkins, C. Jerry Spaulding '24, and Donald C. McKinlay '37 as speakers. Preceding the dinner the new five-reel film, Life at Dartmouth, sponsored by the Association, will be shown in Tuck Hall. The business meetings will continue on Saturday morning, and the afternoon will be given over to golf, baseball and lacrosse games, and a game scrimmage as the concluding event of spring football practice. A feature of the Saturday morning session will be divisional meetings on a variety of subjects, such as alumni club problems and ALUMNI MAGAZINE circulation. On Saturday night a party will be held for the secretaries and their wives in the new ski hut which was developed at the Hanover Inn this past winter.

Neidlinger '23, Sigurd S. Larmon '14, Harold P. Hinman '10, William H. McCarter '19, Sidney C. Hayward '26, and Norman Stevenson '05.
