THE BOARD of Directors of the Denver Chamber of Commerce, which numbers 28 men, has in its membership five Dartmouth alumni: Dave Main '06, Tom Campbell '18, Bill Nicholson '22, Nevin Carson '23, Harry Litzenberger '32.

Bill Nicholson '22 has been attaining headlines locally, through his successful handling of the National Open Golf Tournament held recently in Denver. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the U. S. Golf Association and it was largely through his efforts that the Tournament was brought to Denver. Bill was also recently elected a director of the Western Air Express, so you can see he is a man of many activities.

Tom Campbell '18 is just about to open the doors of his new hotel, "The Albany." It is the newest building along Denver's 17th St. and is a credit to the community and everything in it shows Tom's fine Italian hand. I might add that the new Manager will be James B. Montfort '29. Any Dartmouth men coming to Denver will do well to stop at the Albany.

The marriage of Betty Main, daughter of Dave Main '06 closely resembled a Dartmouth Alumni party. That thing in the middle of the crowd of Dartmouth men was really the punch bowl.

John Z. (Zack) Jordan '20 recently passed through Denver with the same famous grin as always. He is now with the Mission Dry Corporation I understand.

There will be 7 exceptionally fine freshmen going to Dartmouth this Fall from the Denver District.
