The Secretary called on the Bacons in Cambridge in December and found them well. His permanent address is Tufts College. At the installation of the new president at Tufts last autumn Bacon represented Dartmouth. Bacon's elder daughter recently put in book form at the request of the government at Washington the results of a survey of the economic effect of the New Deal in five scattered communities.

The Secretary's address for February is 309 S. Brevard Ave., Tampa, Fla. He finds Carl Henry in good health and active in his mission work. Gage is near by, 130 Fourth Ave., North, St. Petersburg.
