Next summer when you are driving through Vermont and get to North Thetford, turn across the bridge into Lyme and inquire where Professor Geiger lives. You will find him close at hand, and I know you will also find a welcome. Geig seems quite enthusiastic over this place they have just bought, which will be their perma- nent home after July first. Geig will drive back and forth to Hanover for his class work during '39-'4O.
The late class letters have brought cheery responses (as well as checks) from a number of you. Gil Brown reports that he is closing up his teaching career in fine shape, and that he recently heard from X.Y.Z. Norton, who seemed in unusually good spirits when he wrote. Doty still does some traveling and keeps his office force busy at home. A note from Mrs. W. V. McDuffee brought greetings to the class from her home in Springfield, Mass. The Blisses are ensconced in their winter home at West Beach, Biloxi, Miss., and are enjoying their escape from the dour days January and February so far have passed out to us here in Boston.
Michel seems to have been on the move quite a bit of late. I gave a new address for him in October, and now comes another change to 1611 Connor Ave., Joplin, Mo.
