A couple of address changes this month: Charles A. (Chuck) Wood now lives at 5271 Golden Gate Ave., Oakland, California. Alva B. Rutherford now gets his mail from Box 305, Lawrenceburg, Indiana.

The class reporter's address is still Milford, N. H., and we get mail whenever the dog sleds come in from the south. But no mail from classmates. So with the imminent advent of spring we aim to go traveling and try to club some gossip out of classmates who apparently use the mails only to write protests to their congressmen. The snowdrifts blocking the roads to Art Wyman's summer retreat still remain in early March, but we're looking for him and his promised story about Pop Chesley, as the snow changes to mud. Ralph Currier was glimpsed hurrying through town to his poultry ranch at Ponemah, at the wheel of his station wagon. No other classmate has been seen or heard from during the shortest month of the year.

In the past we have used the children and grandchildren of 'oBers for MAGAZINE material. Now we're down to the dogs. Yeh, Gardner Marion's. The cocker pooch made the news February 19 in a Boston newspaper contest, Gardner winning the prize and, we hope, dividing it with the dog in the form of bones, hamburger and kennel biscuits. The dog, it seems, refused to leave the Marion's beach cottage last fall until it had dug up and packed into the car 19 bones, the summer's accumulation. For writing this story for a Boston newspaper Gardner got a cash prize. For repeating it we'll probably get a Bronx cheer from the MAGAZINE editor. Gardner's prize, if you're thinking of touching him for a loan, was one dollar.
