Total of Alumni Has Steadily Grown
The College has almost three times as many living alumni today as it had in 1915- Thegraph above shows a steady, steep rise in this figure from 6,934, when President Hopkinstook office, to IB,JJJ in 1940, not including some 772 graduate school and honoraryalumni who did not attend Dartmouth as undergraduates.
