PROFESSOR ALLAN FOLEY '20 came from Hanover to address the Dartmouth Night meeting at the Columbia Hotel in Portland. More than forty men attended. Particularly welcome was the large group of younger alumni who have recently come to Portland to work in our active shipyards.

Plans for a Dartmouth Pop Concert have been placed before a committee, and it is hoped that we will have more to report in our next instalment.

Our Alumni Council representative, Dr. Thomas A. Foster '10, had to be absent from our meeting on Dartmouth Night. However, it was all in a good cause, for he was attending the Alumni Council meetings in New York. We look forward to another splendid report from him at our next meeting.
