ANNUAL MEETINGS of the Dartmouth Secretaries Association, the Class Agents, and the Class Treasurers Association will be held in Hanover May 15-16 during the class reunion-week-end. The first session will be held jointly by class and alumni club secretaries, treasurers, and agents in the 190s Room, Baker Library, May 15 at 3. A joint dinner of the group, together with members of the Alumni Council, will be held in Thayer Hall that evening. Separate meetings of the several groups of class officers are scheduled for Saturday morning, May 16, adjourning in time for the Alumni Luncheon which will include members of all reuning classes and which will be followed by the annual meeting of the General Association of Alumni.

Speaking programs for the week-end meetings will include talks by several officers of the College, headed by President Hopkins who will address the joint dinner of the class officers on Friday evening, May 15. Another guest of honor and speaker at the annual dinner will be Osborne Cowles, coach of basketball.

David S. Austin 11, secretary of the class of 1904, is president of the Secretaries Association and will preside at the joint meetings. Donald L. Barr '18 is president of the Class Treasurers Association and will lead the discussion at the Treasurers' meeting on May 16. Harvey P. Hood II '18, chairman of the Alumni Fund Committee, will preside at the meeting of Class Agents on the same date, when there will also be a conference of alumni club and association secretaries for which the presiding officer will be Mansfield D. Sprague '33, secretary of the Dartmouth Alumni Association of Connecticut.

This will be the second year in following the plan of holding joint meetings of the three groups of class officers and of alumni club secretaries on the same weekend in Hanover.
