THE LARGEST TURNOUT of the season, of Dartmouth men, both alumni and undergraduates, assembled on Wednesday, May 20, for this year's final get-together.
It was the first time that men from Wakefield, Reading, Stoneham and Maiden were present to add to the ever-in-creasing Melrose contingent.
George L. Scott '25, Professor of Education at Dartmouth, and well-known for many years as a teacher in the Melrose High School, was the principal speaker. He brought a timely message to all of us, and one that was particularly appreciated.
Mayor Carl Raymond, father of Carl Raymond '38, drew the lucky numbers for the Dartmouth Scholarship Fund. The prizes were a $25 War Savings Bond, won by Herford Elliott 'O0; $10 in War Savings Stamps, won by Hazen Jones '11, and $5 in War Savings Stamps, won by Frank King of Newton.
The evening was concluded with the showing of movies, and everyone agreed that the meeting was a complete success.
