Here Are Some Answers To That Compelling Question: "What Can I Do?"

THIS IS A LARGE SUBJECT, AND THE FOLlowing article makes no claim to be anything like a complete list of opportunities for alumni service in the Armed Forces. It merely goes through the various branches of service and jots down the openings under each that appear outstanding. Moreover, this is a field where opportunities open up and close again with great rapidity, and where regulations change overnight. The writer has tried to make the survey as up-to-date and accurate as possible, and it is hoped that alumni readers will find it informative and helpful.

Dartmouth's affiliated professional schools have made special studies of openings for their graduates, and Medical School, Tuck and Thayer alumni would do well to address inquiries on points not covered in this article to Dr. Syvertsen, Professor Wellman or Dean Garran.
