PHILADELPHIA WAS VISITED by a brilliant Dartmouth team and all who saw them clash with the University of Pennsylvania agreed to catalog them A-1. They didn't deserve to lose but in defeat made everyone proud of their efforts. Coach Earl Brown is to be heartily congratulated for his team.

Many wartime changes have taken place and new faces, as well as old, come and go with changes in addresses more frequent every day. Due to food rationing our good friends at the Yale Club where we held our weekly meetings were forced to close their dining room and it was necessary to make new arrangements. Lt. Charley Ashton, our president, was able to take time from his official Navy duties to contact members of the Princeton Club, and we are now fortunate enough to have new quarters there.

We are holding our weekly luncheon meetings every Tuesday at the Princeton Club, 1223 Locust Street, at 12:30 and want all Dartmouth men in the vicinity to drop in for lunch whenever possible.

Among new faces appearing regularly are Charley McAllister and Ed Studwell, both '3l, however Ed expects to leave soon for the armed forces. Moose Englehorn 'l4, now heads up the Philadelphia District for the War Manpower Commission and advises that uniforms are becoming more popular every day.
