THE LEAD ARTICLE in this issue, Employment for Alumni, is an account by Prof. Francis J. Neef, Personnel Bureau director, of the Alumni Council's new vocational plan for aiding Dartmouth service men in the postwar period. It begins on page 7. This is followed, beginning on page 9, by a description of the V-12 physical training program required of all Navy and Marine trainees at Dartmouth and designed to prepare them for fighting days ahead.
