Announcement has been made by Mr. and Mrs. Allen C. Gottschaldt of Lyme, N. H. of the engagement of their daughter, Miss Mary L. Gottschaldt to A. Kingman Pratt, son of our own Alton G. Pratt. Miss Gottschaldt is a graduate of Colby Junior College and now assistant to the director of admissions at Dartmouth. Kingman is a senior at Dartmouth, manager of the champion hockey team and a member of the athletic council.

Sometime ago Victor M. Cutter sold his estate in Newton Center, Mass., and has recently issued a new home address, namely, 68 Beacon St., Boston.

Alexander Mechlin, from whom we have not heard in many years, is now Resident Plant Engineer, U. S. Maritime Comm., at Portland, Ore. His business address is Box 4259 and his residence, 743 S.W. Vista Ave., Portland, Ore.

Through the kindness of Edward F. Gibbons, Dart. 1902, of Hingham, Mass., we have Jim Cresswell's address: 5607 La Marella Ave., Los Angeles, Cal., Apartment 204. Ed also writes of correspondence with Mike O'Malley who since his return from the Philippine Islands has fully recovered his health and pens a "lively" letter.

There's no rationing, as yet, of correspondence with your Secretary. Don't let a little global war seem an excuse for not writing. Give the class an account of your doings in these busy times. Many thanks and don't forget to mail a check to Mort French.

Secretary, 198 Humphrey St., Marblehead, Mass. Class Agent, The Seacrest, Delray Beach, Fla.
