Carl King fell off a ladder while painting his house last fall and received a compound fracture of the left arm. He is having another operation to remove the metal plates and screws used to repair it. That seems to be carrying the metal salvage drive just a bit too far. As a result of Carl's tumble, not a few of the wives of Chicago Alumni have come out flatly against amateur household tinkering greatly to the relief of long suffering males.

Error in the 1925 class notes of the January issue —George Stephenson should have been Roger Stephenson. He enlisted in the Navy in October 1942 and trained at Norfolk and Williamsburg, Va., and Port Huenene, Calif.
