RESULTS OF FILLING VACANCIES on the Alumni Council at the expiration of several terms of office on June 30, 1943, are announced by the secretary of the General Association of Alumni, Sidney C. Hayward '26. The Council Districts of the country have all completed the nomination process. Alumni clubs and associations have submitted names of candidates and in all districts nominees were selected without opposition and are declared elected to the Alumni Council for terms of two years beginning in June, as follows: District I: John S. Everett 'OB, Augusta, Me., to succeed Thomas A. Foster '10, Portland.

Robert P. Booth '22, Manchester, N. H., re-elected for a second term.

District II: Philip H. Chase '07, Philadelphia, re-elected for a second term. Leslie W. Snow '12, New York City, reelected for a second term.

District III: Edwin R. Keeler '11, Chicago, to succeed Lt. William R. Abbott Jr. '27, USNR, Chicago.

District IV: Henry E. Atwood '13, Minneapolis, re-elected for a second term.

Voyle D. Rector '15, Omaha, re-elected for a second term.

District V: Edward Stafford '11, Washington, D. C., re-elected for a second term.

Walter B. Elcock '12, Atlanta, Ga., to succeed A. Pollack Boyd '22, Chattanooga. District VI: John W. Bates '10, Tulsa, reelected for a second term. District VII: James J. Norton 'OB, Los Angeles, to succeed Lt. Walter D. Douglas 2nd '31, USNR, Los Angeles.
