GRADUATION OF THE sixth class of student officers from the Naval Training School at Dartmouth on May 4 leaves three Dartmouth alumni enrolled in the School for the final four weeks of the School's existence. Since the opening of the indoctrination school in July, approximately 100 Dartmouth men, including the six members of the sixth class just graduated and the three in the present seventh class, have returned to Hanover for their basic training as officers in the Naval Reserve. The School will graduate its last class of about 400 officers on June 4, at which time its facilities will be turned back to the College for use by the Navy under the Navy College Training Program.

Alumni enrolled in the sixth and seventh classes are as follows: Sixth class, Ens. Lester F. Barrett '37, Ens. Lloyd Fishman '41, Lt. (jg) William K. Flaccus '33, Ens. Judson S. Lyon '4O, Lt. Chester A. Morton '26, and Ens. Morton McGinley '4l. Seventh class, Lt. (jg) Harold H. Leich '29, Ens. Harvey Lee Rhode '39, and Ens. Jerome H. Spingarn '35.
