POST-WAR HIGHER EDUCATION is discussed from both the domestic and the international points of view in this issue's two leading articles. "Plans for Servicemen" is of immediate and vital concern to all Dartmouth men now in the armed forces who plan to resume college studies when peace comes. "Exchange Education" is of interest to all men of good will.
By publication time another group of Dartmouth V-12 men will have taken over new assignments far from Hanover and a new group will be entering to become in their turn Dartmouth V-12 alumni. We hope that the feeling for the College expressed in this issue by one who is leaving is and will be shared by all.
