Against Cornell ,on November 18 the Big Green eleven won all the statistics but still finished on the losing end of a 14-13 score. For Dartmouth it was all "Smiley" Braatz as the former Marquette back scored both touchdowns in the second period, setting up the first with a 39-yard pass to Albrecht before going over from the 4, and then producing the second on a weaving 57-yard run. Cornell led 7-0 in the first period and was given its winning chance in the third when the Indians fumbled on their own 47. Two placement conversions by Paul Robeson Jr. vs. one by Dartmouth's Britt Lewis spelled the difference in the final tally.;
