AVE ATQUE VALE In this issue the MAGAZINE greets Dartmouth's new alumni the students who graduated at the close of the winter term or left to enter the Armed Forces and the members of the Navy V-12 Unit who completed the course here at that time. It pays parting tribute to two distinguished senior members of the College faculty, Professors Bolser and Gilbert, who have retired after long and invaluable years of teaching.
In the lead article, School for Craftsmen, the project under way at the College for rehabilitating disabled war veterans is described; and further on in the issue pictures of Winter Sports Weekend recall prewar Winter Carnivals.
