THE REGULAR MONTHLY DINNER of the Dartmouth Alumni of San Diego was held Wednesday night, June 6, at the San Diego University Club. Ensign Bill Gibson gave an interesting talk on his months of service in North Africa. Those present at the dinner included: J. C. Flagg 'B9, Vance Dickerman '31, J. L. Muchemore '43, L. R. Manley '13, W. T. Adams '34, W. M. Rayton, Lt. R. L. Gifford '44, Lt. J. M. Idema '41, Ens. W. Gibson '36.

Our meetings have been held regularly now every month for a year, but we have never "formalized the organization into a full-fledged Dartmouth Club. The alumni in this area, although small in number, are very loyal and seem interested in carrying on the monthly meetings as we have done throughout the past year.

Secretary Bill Adams is returning to the J. Walter Thompson Co. in Chicago on September 1 and Vance Dickerman '31, manager of the Barcelona Hotel in San Diego, will take over as secretary and general factotum of the group.
